Tried the mixed sharing platter for 2, and we couldn't finish it. The Brisket was the best i have had so far in the UK, and chalanges some of the one i have tried in Kansas. Well worth a visit

Drove 40 mins to try the sharing pitmaster platter. The chicken wings were a bit dry and the beans were a bit salty but other than that, it was so worth the drive! Everything else was so tender and flavourful. Just absolutely unreal and definitely worth the hype - 10/10!

Food and drinks were superb! Wings were well made and all sauces used were brilliant. Burgers looked immense. I managed to try and bit of one from my partner and I approved. Service was great from as soon as we walked in until we left. Live music being played too which created a really fun and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be returning!

Booked a table for Friday 16:00pm. Got there at 15:55 greeted by a lovely staff member and was taken straight to a table. Outside temperature was arou d 21c but inside was nice and cool with large industrial fans blowing so you felt a nice cool gentle breeze around the venue. A lovely staff member brought me and my mrs a menu each and whilst we was choosing we was brought a drinks menu. Didn't feel at all rushed. Drinks menu is immense and there's something for everyone so if your feeling adventurous you can knock yourself out. They even do alcoholic milkshakes. My mrs had double Malibu & coke with ice and I just had a corona and lime on draught. Food menu is also immense amd certainly plenty to choose from. I knew what I wanted before I got there so was just waiting for the Mrs to choose. I had the snakebites for a starter that consists of mozerrella cheese in breadcrumb type balls (you get 3 good sized) served with some rocked and a lovely sauce (looked like 2 types of sauce drizzled over) me and the Mrs shared these as she was tempted by the look of them. We both really enjoyed them and they left a slight hot tingle in the mouth but no to hot but very tasty. Once we'd finished the starter we was asked if we wanted to get the main course started whilst ordering some more drinks. Again not rushed at all and a nice relaxed atmosphere. The server was lovely at all times and she really looked after us. For the main i ordered the mini pitmaster with dirty fries (there's lots of different dirty fries to choose from) my mrs ordered salt and pepper chicken salad with a side of seasoned fries. We didn't have to wait long at all for the food and my mrs was gobsmacked at the size of her portion it was huge. I was brought my mini pitmaster straight after that and it looked pretty impressive. We decided to get stuck in and all kept saying as I was eating mine was wow. The flavour and quality of the food was really good. We both really enjoyed our meals but couldn't finish them due to the amount served so was offered a box to take home what ever we wanted. We was offered desert but laughed as we had no chance of eating anything else. We where defeated . Toilet facilities was OK too. I paid the bill of just under 83 and that included 2 double. Malibu and coke and 2 corona on draught. Excellent service and was constantly checked on to see if everything was OK. Compliments to all the girls/ladies they where great and always smiled and also thele guys in the bus prepping the food. We took our goody box home for our springer spaniel Lottie and as soon as we got home she was straight there sniffing the box. She also says compliments to the oldschool bbq bus as she ate the lot in about 30 seconds flat (pics in the review) . We will definatly go back again but next time we will leave some room for desert. Thanks for looking after us. Great team. We left before the live music started. Sorry for any spelling mistakes I was busy whilst writing this review.

Have been wanting to visit here for ages . My husband is from up this way and finally got to book in last Sunday . Booking online was really easy, but we struggled slightly with communication on if dogs were allowed. We eventually got through by email, but dogs were only allowed outside in the bar area, which is fair enough. It's exactly how it looks like an old American school bus, which has been turned into a kitchen . They have expanded a lot since they first opened, I'm told ,from just hale bales to now fully covered dining area, which they live music on Friday and Saturdays advertised. Wide variety of food , drink, and moonshine on offer and was at a reasonable price, especially for the portion sizes . Service was great, and we didn't wait long, but we didn't feel rushed either. We had halloumi chucky sticks , rattle snake bite balls, and onion rings to start, which were all generous in size. The oink burger , texas burgers which where chicken breast ,beef burger with bacon cheese and amazing pulled pork, and a brisket bun, which was packed full . They did deserts and ice creams and milkshakes (alcoholic one's too ), but we were already having to take to go boxes .Everyone really enjoyed it here, and we would definitely would come back when in the area.

Great place for some great food. Had the sharer plate with a ton of food on it, which was utterly phenomenal. The music was fantastic too, the country in the background makes for a great ambience. We had kids with us, and they accommodated us so well. We asked not to be seated near speakers, as kids would just compete with noise, and my kids ate everything and were super quiet. We had a hiccup with the ice cream, but that was rectified without issue. All in all, it is definitely a place I'd visit again and bring the family too. If you're thinking of visiting this place definitely get down there and soak up the atmosphere, loved it. THANKS GUYS!
